14-Day Right of Withdrawal Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at hello@batchxi.com before the 14-day period expires.

How to Return Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s). Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We reserve the right to withhold a refund until goods are received.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to: personalised/custom-made items, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (if unsealed after delivery), or digital content once download has begun.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at hello@batchxi.com within 10 days of receipt.
