The inaugural Batch XI edition was never intended to identify the six greatest national teams of all time. Such a list could never exist. Instead, the aim was simpler: to select six teams that left a lasting imprint on football's collective imagination. Teams remembered not only for what they achieved, but for what they represented.

Why These Six?
